Welcome to Forever Fit Sneads Ferry! Established in 1991 by Gloria Davis, our gym has been a cornerstone of the Sneads Ferry community for over three decades. On August 1, 2024, Meredith and Josh Caruso proudly took over the ownership and management of Forever Fit, bringing their unique passion and expertise to the gym.

Our Story

Meredith & Josh Caruso:

Josh, who retired from the Marine Corps in April 2024, brings his discipline and dedication to our gym. His experience as a football coach enriches our training programs, emphasizing strength, conditioning, and teamwork. Meredith, an accomplished dancer and entrepreneur, is the owner of the renowned Lejeune Dance Company. Her dedication to dance and fitness inspires our diverse range of group classes and personal training programs.
