Aerial Fit
Get ready to soar with Aerial Fit! Our classes are crafted to gear you up for the thrilling world of aerial arts. Build your grip and core strength while focusing on the essential flexibility needed to work on aerial apparatuses. From Lyra (hoop) to the dynamic silks, and daring trapeze, you’ll develop the strength and skills to conquer the air. Join us and elevate your fittness experience to new heights!
Aerial Fit Dress Code:
Option 1: Black Leotard or Unitard (NO zippers, buttons, or sequins), Skin Toned Convertible Tights, black shorts or leggings optional. Hair pulled back in ponytail or bun. Open back leotards are not suggested.
Option 2: Solid black shirt (tucked in please!), black leggings . Hair pulled back out in ponytail or bun. No shoes needed.
*NO jewelry! Stud earrings that cannot come out should be taped.
*Aerial students should have thick sweatpants and a thick sweatshirt to use as padding when on the Aerial Lyra. Please keep them in a dance bag!
*Students must bring a water bottle.
Adult Tap

HIIT
Get ready to push your limits with our energizing HIIT class at Forever Fit! This fast-paced, high-intensity workout is designed to maximize calorie burn, boost your cardiovascular fitness, and build strength in a short amount of time. HIIT alternates between intense bursts of exercise and short recovery periods, keeping your heart rate elevated and challenging your entire body.
Homeschool Fit Kids
Looking for a way to create a lifelong love of fitness for your child? You’ve found it! Our inclusive, hour long classes teach the basic skills needed to safely and effectively workout. Your child will learn proper technique and form to ensure they have the knowledge and ability to lift safely whether in the gym or day to day life. We incorporate proper breathing techniques, mobility, speed and agility, the basics of weightlifting and more while allowing your child to learn at their own pace and skill level in an encouraging and uplifting environment!
Low Impact Cardio
Low-Impact Cardio: Enjoy a heart-pumping, joint-friendly cardio session that minimizes stress on your knees and hips. We use a variety of low-impact exercises such as step-touch, side steps, and modified jumping jacks, ensuring an effective cardiovascular workout without the high impact.
Upper Body Strength Training: After the cardio portion, we shift gears to strengthen the upper body. For 15 minutes, you'll engage in a series of exercises using free weights, targeting major muscle groups like the shoulders, arms, and chest. This segment focuses on proper form and controlled movements to enhance muscle tone and endurance.
Silver Sneakers Circuit
Our SilverSneakers Circuit class, where we blend cardiovascular exercise with strength training for a comprehensive and invigorating workout. This class is designed for older adults looking to enhance their fitness levels through a dynamic combination of cardio, muscular strength, and endurance training, all while using weights and tubing for added resistance and variety.
Silver Sneakers Classic
Our Silver Sneakers Circuit class, designed specifically for older adults seeking to enhance their muscular strength and range of motion in a supportive and engaging environment. This class combines targeted strength exercises with flexibility and mobility work to help you stay active, independent, and healthy.
